As we approach the holidays and the start of a New Year, I wanted to reflect on what an ncredible year of change and growth it has been for not only myself but for Edible Arrangements®. We began the process of moving our headquarters to Atlanta, introduced several new products including our Edible® donuts, and brought in a new CEO, only the second in company history.
The holidays are also an incredibly important time for our foundation, as this is a critical time for those in need. While we make an effort to provide aid all year round, whether it is providing grants for school supplies for teachers at the beginning of the school year, or supporting refugee entrepreneurs, this season is especially important. While most of us enjoy the blessings that come with the holidays, such as time spent with those we love and opening presents, so many of our neighbors are struggling.
This season, I encourage you to think of those who need a helping hand. There are so many ways big and small to make a difference, from sponsoring a child or a family in need by fulfilling their wish list, helping to stock the shelves of a local food pantry to simply spending time with someone who might be lonely during this time of year.
